The production capacity of the organization is to produce 2000 kg/day of compressed biogas having the average composition as:

This gas is marketed through two cascades of twenty cylinders each having capacity of 75 litres and filled at 180 bar as per PESO approval.

Bio-CNG (Biological Compressed Natural Gas) is a renewable fuel produced by processing organic waste through anaerobic digestion, followed by purification and compression. Here’s an overview of how it works:
Organic materials like agricultural waste, animal manure, and food scraps are broken down by microorganisms in an oxygen-free environment, producing biogas—a mixture primarily of methane (CH₄) and carbon dioxide (CO₂).
The raw biogas undergoes purification to remove impurities such as hydrogen sulfide, moisture, and CO₂, resulting in biomethane with a methane content of about 92–94%.
The purified biomethane is compressed to high pressures to produce Bio-CNG, which can be stored in cylinders or transported via pipelines for use as a clean fuel alternative.
Bio CNG emits significantly fewer greenhouse gases, making it a cleaner energy choice that helps fight climate change.
Bio CNG is a renewable alternative that helps cut dependence on imported and non-renewable fossil fuels.
